We emphasize the process of planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. It involves managing the budget, schedule, and resources needed to complete a project on time and within budget. Our construction managers work with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that a project is completed according to the plans and specifications.

General Construction Services

Construction Management

Management tools that are too weak may not suffice. People, on the other hand, get the job done. That is why a solid team is so important to a construction project’s success. We seek out the top experts and make sure they stay at the top of their fields by providing constant training and education. Our teams arrive prepared to identify issues, overcome barriers, and find answers. They also make it a priority to share vital information and ensure that everything is transparent.

Post-Construction Services

Post Substantial Completion

Post-construction management services help ensure that everything is running smoothly well after construction is complete.

Our project managers conduct punch lists, final inspections, and acceptances. They also oversee warranty periods to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

How We Work

The Process

The main responsibilities of the construction manager during the construction phase include working with the client, architect, and contractor to define roles and responsibilities; developing and implementing a detailed construction management plan; coordinating contractor work to avoid conflicts; monitoring work progress and making recommendations for change orders when necessary; attending meetings with the client, architect, and contractor; and submitting and reviewing submittals and shop drawings. In addition, the construction manager is responsible for maintaining communication logs, preparing and monitoring punch lists, and working with all local and governmental agencies.
